Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea é um RPG japonês desenvolvido pela Gust. Como parte da série de jogos "Atelier", é a terceira e última parte do enredo "Dusk". A história do jogo se passa cerca de 10 anos após o início de Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk e 6 anos após o início de Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky. O jogador pode escolher jogar como um dos dois personagens, cada um com um enredo e aventura diferentes; independentemente de qual personagem for escolhido, o fluxo do jogo permanece o mesmo. Em comparação com os jogos anteriores do Atelier, os campos são significativamente maiores e o jogador é capaz de colher uma variedade maior de itens e matérias-primas para usar na mistura.

Water sources go dry. Plants wither and die. All creatures thirst and starve. The blue oceans turn to sand, and the life of the sea no longer has a place to call home. Yet still, the sun continues to shine, mercilessly drying up what little water remains in the earth. Slowly, but surely, everything fades away to nothing in this Dusk World. In the Dusk Sea that drains people's will to live lies a town of oasis located on the south. Two young alchemists, with challenges that differ between each one, move forward together as they pursue the truth behind the Dusk once they cross paths.
